President's Greeting

First and foremost, I would like to thank all of the sponsors, volunteers, elected officials, and the entire community for coming together to host what I believe to be the greatest event in Platte County. It is such an honor to serve as your 2024 President for the Platte County Fair Association. I have noticed that there are three important factors that are the pinnacle to this fair; Family, Friends, and Community. I have been involved in the Platte County Fair for many years, and I have been fortunate enough to grow up through activities and competitions through our fair. The Platte County Fair is known as a time where close friends come together to help each other out, cheer each other on, or even just to catch up with long lost friends. Without a community like ours, this Fair would not be what it is today. We all come together to ensure that everything is in place each year for a successful and momentous fair. I wholeheartedly believe that the Platte County Fair traditions are ingrained within each of our hearts and will grow stronger in the future. I hope that you, your family, and your friends will join us July 24-27 for the 2024 Platte County Fair. We have many great things planned, and hope you will join us in being a part of that tradition.
